DAVID E WILLIAMS 5 K RACE ROAD CLOSURES
The annual D.E.W. 5K race for Montour Schools will be held Saturday April 26th going through Kennedy Township. The FOLLOWING ROADS WILL BE CLOSED AT ROUGHLY 745 AM - RACE END
- Coraopolis Road (Forest Grove road to Porters Hollow)
- Forest Grove Road/Pine Hollow Road (Coraopolis Road to BP Gas)
- Heckel Road
- Fairhaven Road
- McKees Rocks (Heckel to Clever)
- Clever Road (Between 7-Eleven and Giant Eagle)

GUN BASH ---- SOLD OUT!!!
Kennedy, Groveton, and Forest Grove VFDs are hosting a Gun Bash on April 26, 2014 at the Kennedy Fire Hall on Pine Hollow Road from Noon - 6pm. Tickets cost $20 per ticket. Since it is sold out, we are offering a $10 General Admission Fee for non-ticket holders. Every 15 minutes either a Gun, or Cash prizes will be given away(based on tickets for the ticket-holder) *Tickets must be present for admission-ticketed holder only. Food and Refreshments included. All NICS Registration regulations apply. Guns are by Island Firearms. Name on stub with matching number is the ONLY winner. Winners will be notified, winner not needed to be present. The Fire Departments are not responsible for typographical errors. Void after 30 days of no clam. All unsold tickets become property of the fire departments. NEW LADDER TRUCK ORDERED!
The KTIVFC recently purchased a new Sutphen SP70 Quint! The Truck will be a 2014 Sutphen 70 foot bucket truck with a 2250 gpm pump, 500 gallon water tank and a 500 hp engine. The truck will have a 7 man full size cab, full compliment of ground ladders and more. See the 'News' Section for more info!

If you are a Kennedy resident and interested in helping out the town, or just fighting some fire or saving lives, stop by the station on a Tuesday night after 6pm. Also, you can call, the station or email Corey or Justin and then get you set up with us. Stop by, we all have fun as we work!
